                                2D (Two - Dimensional) Shapes.
Examples of 2D shapes are: circle, semi-circle (half of a circle), triangle, square, rectangle, kite, pentagon (5 sides), hexagon (6 sides), heptagon (7 sides), octagon (8 sides), nonagon (9 sides), decagon (10 sides).


Homework on 2D Shapes.
Count all the sides (both straight and curved sides) and match each shape to the number of sides it has.

3D (Three - Dimensional) Shapes.
